Delivery and Returns At Swayz, we are dedicated to ensuring that your shopping experience is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. That's why we have partnered with the reliable transporter Colissimo to handle all of our deliveries, both in France and internationally.

Delivery Information:

For deliveries within France and Monaco, you can expect your order to arrive within 48 hours. For international deliveries, the estimated delivery time is between 3 to 8 days, depending on the destination. Please note that the cost of delivery will vary based on the shipping location.

The shipping fees are as follows:

• France and Monaco
• Europe (excluding France and Monaco)
• International (Outside of Europe)

Return Policy:

We understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected. That's why we offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
In order to be eligible for a return :

• The product must be in the same condition as it was received, unworn and with the packaging intact.

• The product has a visible Manufacturing Defect.
